Shooting the documentary about Adam Vasko
On 17. august 2022, some students and three teachers met at school to shoot the video documentary about one of our former students Adam Vasko.
The Czech Republic - "Threats" lesson
Students were informed about one of the project´s topics, Threats, during English lessons. They should have used brainstorming to think about possible threats to humankind. Based on chosen pictures, they described some concrete threats in more detail (causes, consequences, solution). Then they acknowledged the vocabulary needed for the following topic - climate change - which can also be one of the threats. After that, they watched a video and answered questions focused on climate change causes, followed by an activity where they discussed which causes are the most serious. Then they watched another part of the video focused on solutions to this crisis (again with questions), followed by another activity about Carbon footprint. The very last part of the lesson was writing about Global Warming.

Slovakia - Shooting video document about Tomáš Olijár
The Slovak group decided to shoot the first documentary about their teacher of art Mgr. art Tomáš Olijár. There were a few shooting days involved, plus days of editing in Premier Pro.

The Czech republic - Video document: Theoretical Preparation
Mrs Koubová and "Erasmus students" met every Tuesday to enrich their understanding and skills about shooting films, especially documents. They were acknowledged about the theory of shooting movies, and different ways how to do it, writing scripts, editing and other post-production. They were also getting ready to shoot their video document during these lessons.
- Due to Covid-19, these lessons were initially held online with other students the previous year. Unfortunately, they could not be a part of our Erasmus team anymore because of studies in the final school year.

The Czech republic - Shooting video document about Jindra Čapek
Mrs Koubová and the "Erasmus team" made of students visited one of our local artists Jindra Čapek in his studio. They asked him prepared questions and shot most of the material needed for our video document. They also visited his current exhibition, where they chose the best shots. After that, students worked for many hours on the document's final version (editing and other post-production).
